The Flexxy Fillet is made for smooth, precise filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that glides cleanly through fish. Forged from 12C27 stainless steel, it sharpens easily, holds a clean edge and performs reliably in wet, outdoor conditions.

This version features a segmented handle of Wenge, natural Burl and Purple Dyed Curly Maple. The Wenge gives the handle strength and dark grain, the Burl adds natural character, and the dyed Curly Maple brings a vibrant pop of colour and figure.
