The Flexxy Fillet is designed for smooth, precise filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that moves cleanly through fish. Made from 12C27 stainless steel, it sharpens easily, holds a crisp edge and performs reliably in wet conditions.

This version features a segmented handle of Wenge, Black Palm and Dyed Maple. The Wenge brings strength and dark grain, the Black Palm adds bold texture, and the dyed Maple gives the handle colour and unique character. Each one is shaped by hand and completely one-of-a-kind.
