The Flexxy Fillet is built for smooth, controlled filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that glides cleanly through fish. Forged from 12C27 stainless steel, it sharpens easily, holds a crisp edge and handles wet conditions with ease.

This version features a coloured Damascus Carbon Fiber handle — lightweight, tough and visually striking. The layered pattern shifts in the light, giving the knife a modern, high-end look while staying extremely strong and weatherproof.
