This 160mm Chef Knife is a compact, versatile kitchen blade made from high-quality stainless steel. Sharp, balanced and easy to handle, it's ideal for everyday slicing, chopping and fine prep work.

The handle features a segmented blend of Figured Tasmanian Blackwood, Ironwood and a TruStone inlay. The Blackwood brings warmth and natural figure, the Ironwood adds strength and deep colour, and the TruStone insert gives the handle a polished, premium detail.
