This 185mm Santoku is crafted from N690 stainless steel, giving it excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance and a smooth, balanced cutting feel. It’s a reliable all-rounder for slicing, dicing and everyday prep in the kitchen.

The handle features a segmented combination of Wenge, Black Palm and Maple inlay. The Wenge adds strength and dark grain, the Black Palm brings bold texture, and the Maple inlay provides clean contrast and detail. Each handle is shaped and finished by hand, making every knife unique.
