The Flexxy Fillet is built for smooth, precise filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that glides cleanly through fish. Made from 12C27 stainless steel, it sharpens easily, holds a clean edge and performs reliably in wet conditions.

This version features a laminated Birchwood handle — durable, stable and visually clean with subtle grain and layered strength. Comfortable in the hand and built to handle long days on the water.
