The Flexxy Fillet is built for smooth, precise filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that glides cleanly through fish. Made from 12C27 stainless steel, it sharpens easily, holds a clean edge and performs reliably in wet conditions.

This version features a laminated Birchwood handle — durable, stable and visually clean with subtle grain and layered strength. Comfortable in the hand and built to handle long days on the water. Laminated woods are strengthened with resin to make them handle water better.
